Our wooden letter coin bank makes a perfect gift to anyone, kids or adults for any occasion. The size is 7.5 inches in height (width varies per letter) with thickness of almost 2 inches. It is made of reclaimed pinewood, hence please manage expectation with the finishing) and clear acrylic with screws. 

We can personalize it with names, dates, small images. This is a DIY kit with high quality UV printed stickers that you or kids who will receive it can decorate the way they want it. 

Each coin bank is ready for gifting (box, notecard, tag and ribbon). If you need to send it directly to the recipient, let us know the message you want to put in the notecard. 

In placing your order, please make sure to put on the note part the LETTER, DESIGN NO., FONT choice and the name/word/surname you want to engraved on it. For customize design like wedding monogram or company logo, please send an email.

What materials do you use?

We use sustainable and reclaimed Pinewood, Mahogany, Gmelina, Acacia, Tamarind, Bamboo, and Camachile wood across various products. Some items also incorporate Acrylic and MDF.

Can we choose from your previous designs, or can you create a custom design for us?

Yes, you can browse our portfolio and request the same design. However, please coordinate with us, as some monograms were provided by previous clients.

We also offer custom designs, which are subject to an additional layout fee.

Do you provide design drafts before production?

Yes, we send a layout for approval, allowing up to three minor edits (e.g., font, size, text placement). Additional edits beyond this will incur an extra charge.

Major changes (e.g., image replacement or a complete redesign) will require a layout fee.

Once the layout is approved, your order will proceed to production. Please review every word and name carefully, as we are not liable for errors such as misspellings.

How long does it take to receive our order?

Production lead time is up to 14 days after layout approval (excluding weekends and holidays). However, this may vary depending on the order quantity, complexity, and current workload.

📌 For event-related orders, especially during peak seasons ("BER" months), we highly recommend placing orders months in advance.

Do you have a store where we can visit or place an order?

We have a small showroom, which you may visit by appointment. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange your visit.

When is the latest we can place Christmas orders?

We announce cut-off dates annually. Please check our updates for the latest schedule.

Do you accept rush orders?

We highly discourage rush orders, as our products are handmade and require ample production time. Depending on our current workload, we may accommodate a rush order for an additional processing fee.

Can you replicate an exact design from a previous order?

No, each piece we create is one-of-a-kind. Wood has unique grain patterns, making every item distinct. Please expect slight variations from our sample photos.

Why does my order look darker or lighter than the sample photo?

While we strive to accurately depict our products, color variations may occur due to differences in wood grain, staining, varnishing, and screen displays. Even within the same wood type and batch, some pieces may appear darker or lighter.

Why is the engraving on my item lighter/darker than expected?

Several factors affect engraving output, including:

  • Font type (thin fonts may appear lighter).

  • Font size (larger fonts are more readable, especially for wall items viewed from a distance).

  • Wood type and grain (engraving results vary across different woods, affecting darkness and contrast).

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Discounts apply for orders of 12 or more clocks. For other products, please email us for a quote based on quantity.

What is the packaging for your products?

Since September 2018, our clocks and most other items (except those with basic packaging options) come in premium gift-ready boxes with ribbons, note cards, and tags.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept BDO bank deposits, online transfers, and GCash payments.

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).
For cash payments, please visit our physical shop.

If you have a gift card, please use it at checkout.

How do we receive our orders? Do you deliver or offer meet-ups?

📍 Metro Manila Clients: We deliver via Transportify, Grab Express, or Lalamove (same-day delivery). The delivery fee is paid directly to the driver upon arrival—this is not included at checkout.

📦 Outside Metro Manila: We ship via LBC or AP Cargo. Shipping fees are calculated based on package size and will be communicated via email. This is not free shipping.

🚚 Bulk Orders: We deliver via Transportify or Lalamove. We do not meet up for order handovers. You may also pick up your order at our shop.

📌 We currently do not ship fragile items outside the Philippines.

I placed an order, but now the price is lower due to a sale. Can I get a discount?

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. If your order was placed one or two days before the price reduction, we may consider an adjustment. However, for older orders, the original price will apply.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of personalized, made-to-order items, returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Color variations in wood/materials

  • Natural marks, lines, or stains on wood

  • Differences in clock hands based on availability

However, we will accept exchanges if you receive an item with the following issues:

  1. Incorrect design (e.g., engraving, name, paint, or any personalization differing from the approved layout).

  2. Factory-defective clock mechanism (this does not cover shipping damage).

  3. Incorrect item delivered.

📌 If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days. We will provide return instructions.

Is there a warranty on the clock mechanism or other items?

🕰 Clock Mechanism Warranty: 3 months from delivery/receipt. After this period, any replacements will be subject to a fee.

If a defect is reported within 7 days of receipt, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

⚠️ Other clock parts do not have a warranty, especially if damaged during shipping.

📌 Important Battery Advisory: Do not use heavy-duty high-powered alkaline batteries (Duracell, Energizer, Eveready Gold, etc.), as they may overdrive and damage the quartz clock movement.

Wood is a natural material with inherent variations in color, texture, and grain patterns. At TREEN ENTERPRISES, we use recycled wood that undergoes specialized processing to create our handcrafted woodcraft items. Our recycled wood is sourced from various suppliers, and while we ensure high-quality selection, each piece retains its unique characteristics.

As a result, recycled wood may exhibit aged characteristics, including but not limited to:

  • Color variations

  • Small holes, scratches, or marks

  • Natural discoloration, wood stains, or grain lines

Despite being sourced from the same supplier, no two boards will look exactly alike. TREEN ENTERPRISES cannot guarantee that all items will have identical shades or match sample images exactly due to these natural variations.

Additionally, wood reacts differently to finishing processes. Differences in wood hardness can affect engraving results:

  • Hardwoods (e.g., Acacia, Mahogany) provide better engraving clarity but may still show minor inconsistencies.

  • Softer woods (e.g., Pine) may exhibit irregularities and variations in engraving depth and color, which are normal and beyond our control.

For logo printing (silkscreen), colors may slightly vary due to wood’s natural reaction to ink or paint. As this process depends on the wood’s absorbency, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Replacement Policy

An item is eligible for replacement only under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect size or measurements (not as per the agreed quotation).

  2. Incorrect painted finish shade (not as specified).

  3. Damage upon delivery (excluding damages caused by shipping or handling).
