Terms & Conditions

- Down payment is required to book BULK ORDERS (12 pcs up) and FULL payment for orders below 12 pcs. We always get fully booked per month, hence we do not do PENCIL BOOKING.

- For bulk, once you have made the DP and we have secured the date for you, we do not accept cancellation of orders. Please note that we only accept limited numbers of client per month and once we have booked your orders, it means we may have declined a lot of other people just to make sure that we can finish your orders on time. If you still wish not to proceed with your orders, DP is NON-refundable.

- We send layout a week before the scheduled production for you to check names, date etc. Once you give your approval and items have already been started, we will not accept any changes. Changes should be made beforehand.

- If by any chance, you do not like the final output even if layout or draft and other details has been clearly sent to you before production, we will not accept any request of changes or refund. Items must be paid regardless if you like final output or not. Please note that your items are personalized, the choice of color, design and even material was chosen by you.

- Balance must be paid once items are completed. We will not book delivery unless, balance has been settled and confirmed on our bank account. However, if you plan to pick up your orders, you can settle balance upon pick up.

- If items will be for delivery within Metro Manila instead of pick up, fare for Transportify or Lalamove will be added to the total cost. We do not offer FREE delivery or meet up regardless of qty of order. We avoid shipping clocks via courier as they may get damaged. If you are located outside Metro Manila, please coordinate with us for other options, if there is none, shipping will be via LBC. 

- All items are checked before packing. Clock mechanisms are tested one by one. We will not be liable for any damages incurred during transportation. Drivers of Transportify, Lalamove or Grab Express, LBC are well advise of what they will deliver, hence, any mishandling on their part, should not be taken against us. We made all this items from scratch and we give value to its workmanship as well as value to your hard earned money too, so rest assured that while your items are with us, it is well taken cared of before transferring to any delivery service.
