  • Order and Payment Policy

    • A down payment (DP) is required to book bulk orders (12 pcs and up). For orders below 12 pcs, full payment is required.

    • We operate on a strict no pencil booking policy due to high demand and limited production slots.

  • Order Cancellation Policy

    • Once a down payment has been made for a bulk order, cancellation is not allowed.

    • Our monthly production slots are limited, and once your order is booked, it means we may have declined other clients to accommodate you.

    • If you choose not to proceed, the down payment is non-refundable.

  • Design and Approval

    • Layouts are sent one week before production for your review (e.g., names, dates, and other details).

    • Once the layout is approved and production has started, no further changes will be accepted.

    • If you do not like the final output, despite the layout and details being approved beforehand, we cannot offer a refund or modifications.

    • Each order is personalized, and all material, color, and design choices are made by you.

  • Balance Payment and Delivery

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full once the items are completed.

    • Orders will not be scheduled for delivery unless full payment has been confirmed in our bank account.

    • If you are picking up your order, you may settle the balance upon pick-up.

  • Delivery and Shipping

    • If you require delivery within Metro Manila, the fare for Transportify or Lalamove will be added to the total cost.

    • We do not offer free delivery or meet-ups, regardless of order quantity.

    • Due to the fragile nature of our clocks, we avoid shipping them via standard couriers. If you are outside Metro Manila, please coordinate with us for available shipping options. If no alternative is available, shipping will be via LBC.

  • Product Quality and Liability

    • All items undergo quality checks before packing. Clock mechanisms are individually tested before shipment.

    • We are not liable for any damages incurred during transportation.

    • Transportify, Lalamove, Grab Express, and LBC drivers are informed about the nature of the items they are handling, but any mishandling on their part is beyond our responsibility.

    • Our team takes pride in our craftsmanship and ensures your items are well taken care of before dispatch.

  • Customer Acknowledgment

    • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Product Description, FAQs, and Disclaimer.
